A review starts with the outcome a customer is trying to reach. It follows the visible steps, decisions, messages and recovery paths across the relevant device sizes.
Usability observations become more useful when they are connected to repeatable product behaviour. The review distinguishes a functional defect, a confusing decision and a broader product trade-off.
Recommendations are ordered by customer impact, confidence, effort and dependency. The review does not invent conversion gains or present every small inconsistency as an emergency.
